# Run a campaign

Campaigns help you reach a defined contact list with a consistent voice workflow. Start small, validate the experience, and scale only after the first results are healthy.

## Campaign checklist

1. Prepare and validate the contact list.
2. Choose the agent and confirm its instructions and handoff behavior.
3. Set a schedule that respects your audience's local time.
4. Test with a small batch before launching the full audience.
5. Monitor call outcomes, retries, and opt-outs.
