# Start with the dashboard

> Find your way around Sayvy and get your workspace ready.

# Start with the dashboard

The dashboard is your workspace home. Use it to see what is happening across conversations, agents, campaigns, and connected channels, then jump directly into the area that needs your attention.

## A simple first-run path

<Steps>
  <Step title="Confirm your workspace">Check the workspace name and members in **Settings**.</Step>
  <Step title="Connect a channel">Open **Connections** and connect the channel where your customers already talk to you.</Step>
  <Step title="Create an agent">Add instructions and tools, then test a conversation before making it available to customers.</Step>
  <Step title="Review the first conversation">Use **Inbox** for active conversations and **Call Logs** for completed voice calls.</Step>
</Steps>

## Where to go next

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Create an agent" icon="robot" href="/guides/agents">Define how your AI agent responds and what it can do.</Card>
  <Card title="Connect channels" icon="plug" href="/guides/channels">Bring messaging and voice conversations into one workspace.</Card>
  <Card title="Work in the inbox" icon="inbox" href="/guides/inbox">Review, assign, and reply to customer conversations.</Card>
  <Card title="Read your analytics" icon="chart-no-axes-combined" href="/guides/analytics">Measure activity and spot trends across your workspace.</Card>
</CardGroup>

<Note>Start with a small audience. Verify your agent's answers, escalation path, and channel connection before launching broadly.</Note>
